11/0 Charlotte/Cut beads

Charlotte beads (cut beads) are from the Czech Republic. There are approximately 2,000 beads in a size 11 cut bead hank or tube (cut bead hanks are half the size of non - cut bead hanks). 

Cut beads have more sparkle in them due to the definitions created by the cut pattern. They are often used in bead embroidery and Native American beadwork. They can be used alongside non-cut seed beads of the same size.  Some of these beads are from the Sheen Bead Company, an importer of cut beads.
