Returns:

  • The item must be received by Out West Beads before the return is processed.
  • All products must be intact (full hanks, strands or tubes)
  • Shipping charges for any return or exchange are the customer's responsibility. 
  • There is a two week (14 days)  limit on returns and exchanges.
