Silk cord is perfect for knotting between beads in jewelry, especially pearls. It is very strong with little stretch, and lends your jewelry a very nice drape.
This silk cord comes in a 2 meter package (6.25 feet) with a needle fused onto the end. One package is enough for a 30" necklace with knots, or multiple stringing projects.
The higher the size number, the thicker the silk in the package. A good guide is:
Size 1 - 3 for pearls, 4mm beads or smaller
Size 4 - 5 for 5mm beads
Size 6 - 8 for 8 mm beads or smaller
Size 10 for 10mm beads
