Faceted Sage Amethyst Agate Nugget Beads - 16mm x 12mm

These  sage amethyst agate beads are approximately 16mm x 12mm. The outside edges of the beads are simply faceted (just a few cuts) so each bead is a slightly different size.

Sage amethyst agate is rare and only found in rural Nevada. There is a classification dispute as to whether it is amethyst or more like chalcedony agate, so we list it as both.

They are sold on a 7" (18cm) strand with approximately 10 beads per strand.

Silk on a needle (size 3- 5) or medium beading wire is appropriate for stringing these beads.
